Mindful Flow is a dynamic yoga-film at a beginners to intermediate level. It contains three different sequences with different duration and intensity. In this way the film meets the needs of different people, different times and serves different purposes. The style of yoga is a meditative flow of poses called vinyasa. Ranging from gentle to sweat dripping vinyasa, there is an overall focus on appropriate alignment, integrity and especially on awareness.

Mindful Flow contains three yoga sequences, each starting at the below timecodes:

00:00:00 Slow flow is a short, soothing and meditative practice (duration approx. 36 min.).

00:36:25 Hatha flow is an allround, warming practice (duration approx. 55 min.).

01:31:39 Warrior flow is a full, strong and sweaty yoga practice (duration approx. 82 min.).

Simon Krohn has studied and practised yoga and buddhism since 1996. He holds an MA in Indian Philosophy and teaches workshops on meditation, philosophy and yoga technique internationally. Simon is a certified yoga teacher at the highest level from the Yoga Alliance - the world's largest yoga organisation.
