Just what I was looking for - and it's free!

I had been running intervals to own music, but can see now that it was too fast and I was crashing. This is perfect! Look at the info for each 'track' and choose the intervals you want, for example: 2 mins walk/3 mins run or 2 mins walk/8 mins run. There is 5 minutes warm up at start, and bells sound to let you know to change from walking to running and vice versa. Thank you PodRunner!
