Truly an impressive work

This podcast is an impressive tour de force of roman history. It is fullpacked with facts and interesting sidestories and everything is served with Mike Duncans dry humour and his sense of perspective to our modern time. His method of communicating the story is forthcoming and as always when you listen to someone who is interesed in both the content and the audiens it get so good.

Enlightning and amusing

I really havent heard any other podcasts since i discovered this one. Ive listened to 123 episodes in a row and have thus catched up, and sadly it seems like Mike Duncan is too lazy to make 2 episodes a day. Painful waiting time ahead.

Excellent stuff

Brilliant podcast this. I like Mike Duncan's clear and easy-to-understand English, and his seemingly effortless way of explaining sometimes very complicated subjects, such as Roman clientilism and imperial economic policies without ever becoming boring or difficult to understand. All served up with a nice touch of dry humour.

Highly recommended.
