Reseña de álbum

Wasted Years is a great collection highlighting this legendary group's current sound. Longtime members Joseph "Jo Jo" Wallace and Horace Thompson carry on the tradition of quartet excellency. With remakes of some of the group's 1970s hits, listeners are treated to a smooth listening experience with sparse instrumentation. While the majority of the selections are new compositions, the older selections garner the greatest attention. From the bass-driven "You Got to Do Something" to the classic "Christians, We Are the Ones," this project is a Bible-based tale through song. The instrumentation is minimized and vocal proficiency is given the utmost attention.
