I have a big issue which is I’m entering my phone number on the app and it’s not valid I also am entering my dad’s number and he doesn’t have viber and they are telling me close or help and they aren’t even sending me an SMS , Thank you

Notifications don’t pop up
So i have only 1 issue with the app that i can’t see message notifications only if i open the app. Please fix it. Rather than that it’s a great app.
Bad quality
One of the worst app ever , the quality when calling someone is so so so BAD , and when someone send you a photo or a video it takes so much time to appear or to get downloaded ( sometimes it takes 30 mins straight) … fix that problem or imma just delete it from my phone
