Slick but couldn’t find the way to switch languages
Before I log in, I see the main screen available in three different languages. After I log in, everything is in Estonian by default and there isn’t an option to switch the language in the settings menu... Frustrating.
I think you should take the cue from the SEB app - it is actually available in three languages and switching between the languages is extremely easy to discover even during the first experience.
I created my account using a form in English and nowhere I saw any language preference. In the web version of LHV, I looked through all the settings (again now) and couldn’t find that preference - I can switch to English in web at the top right corner, but this is not persisted and falls back on Estonian every new login. If you could explain how I can change the preference, I will be very grateful. Such things should be more straightforward and transparent in my opinion.

Thank you for the feedback. The language used in the app is based on your language preference in LHV and is used for both the mobile bank and internet bank.
Update: Please contact our support firstname.lastname@example.org to change the language preference to be persistent. We’ll look into making this better.
By far the best banking app
Its a fast and intuitive app that resolves all the issues on the fly. Payments are made faster than in the web client and everything works flawlessly.
Only addition id look for in the near future is the possibility to pay and mark multiple outstanding payments. Right now it has only the singular option
Very good app!!! However....
For some reason Smart ID works only for authorization and in some cases for other operations, however making a payment requires MobileID and there is no way to replace it with anything else. Can you add support for Smart ID on all levels?
