Private customers can:
• quickly check account balance(s)
• see the list of latest transactions
• log in using a four-digit PIN code or fingerprint authentication
• transfer up to EUR 30 without any additional passwords
• transfer money between accounts or to people on his telephone’s contact list
• request other app users to make a payment
• find your templates or use autosuggest function (based on your previous transaction history)

Business customers can:
• quickly check account balance(s)
• see the list of latest transactions
• confirm payments
• log in using a four-digit PIN code or fingerprint authentication
• transfer money between accounts
The app is updated on regular basis and new functions are added.

When user registers into the app, he agrees to comply with the service terms and assigns the selected phone number with the specified account. It is necessary to note that during this process the indicated phone number is encoded and sent to the bank in the form of a sequence of encoded characters, that means that the bank does not collect or keep your phone number or data of other customers available on your phone contact list. Only such users of the app, who have saved your phone number in their contact list, may see that you are a user of the SEB mobile application.

Disaster, even old one was better

Awful bank app. Almost useless, you an view your account balance and make some money transfers. You cant switch between business account and private account. There is no option to view back your account statement. Its confusing also when you want make payments, all fields are not availible and coming later, when you are already so confused why you still use this app. Weakest estonian bank app. Please try to learn from swedbank app, its n1 bank app what i know.

Right now you cannot use your business account in the app, but we are working on adding the business client functionality. You can view account statement when clicking on the account balance on the main screen. When making the payment, you can first insert the name and account number and on the next page you can add the amount and explanation.

What worked before, now it’s gone...useless

I guess I am not the only foreign resident with a NON - ESTONIAN mobile number, especially since roaming is now free within EU, or I am wondering, did it not occur to the SEB people yet? The new update is so good, that all the links on the bottom are NON - RESPONSIVE, so while I cannot link my mobile number, what used to work before, does not work now! Well, that’s a great update, right? It just make me wonder how you guys want to keep up with such a service, as this is a BIG SHAME ON YOU!

You can use non-Estonian mobile number too. We advise you to uninstall the app and then reinstall. If that does not solve the problem, please let us know the device and operation system version that you are using. Please send the additional information to our e-mail address

A lot better than it was past year

Still has some issues, like wrong ATM type icons on map, leading me to locations I didn’t need; the dial’s 0 button is underneath the iOS 12 system’s thumb bar, which makes it hard to hit; can’t see map without logging in. So overall 3 stars, considering amount of resources a bank has.
