A formidable force in the left-wing skinhead scene, the short-lived Redskins made a name for themselves with their mix of punk, soul, and Socialist themes. Following a string of singles, most notably "Lean on Me" and "Keep on Keeping On," the group issued their debut album, Neither Washington Nor Moscow, in 1986 before disbanding that same year.
