Points program
I really enjoyed the online shopping from Btech as the points were calculated once i checked out and received the products. Also i can check my purchase history and my credit limit as well.
Worst Experience!!!
Worst online shopping experience, what you see on App is not what you get. I ordered a product, delivery date mentioned on App was missed, when I called BTECH call center they gabe me another date, which was also missed. Call center only raises complaints, and tell you someone will contact in 2hrs or x-hrs which never happens. I used App to redeem points, and selected “visa on delivery” as payment option, they sent the product via courier without visa machine, and wanted to collect the full amount (without points discount). So at last he couldn’t deliver the product. I raised many complaints, with no communication from B.TECH Side, last complaint was to cancel the order and return the redeemed points, and they are still didn’t do it!!
Won’t use them again, and don’t recommend AT ALL.
Unavailable products and bad customer service
Their customer service is very bad, I don’t advise to deal with them. The products on the system are not updated with what they have in their warehouse. I ordered an order and they canceled it without communicating with me and no refund, I tried to call 3 times, every time they say we are updating the info and please call us another time and at the end when I placed a complaint they just said that the product isn’t available and we’re not sure when it’ll be available and we’ll refund you the money. When I placed my order there was a good sale on the products and now I lost my order and no sale on it. I don’t want to deal with them and there are other competitors that gives good services as well.
