I'm having the same experience as the other reviewers. The app sign in screen requests a "Service Center Membership number", however there is no explanation, anywhere, for what this is or where to get one. I went to the developer website and found no useful FAQ and tried all contact methods with no success. The only listed phone number is no longer active and no one responded on the "live chat". Makes you wonder if they're actually still an operational company.
Very disappointing initial customer experience. The product looks good "on paper" but, at this point, it seems highly questionable that the company can or will deliver on the promised functionality.
Can't log in.
I downloaded this app as it seems to be fantastic. Unfortunately it is asking for a service center membership number and I cannot find out how to get one (paid or otherwise). Went to their website and didn't find it there either. The one star is given due to lack of support available for a new user to the app. There should at least be a help button on the intro page to explain how and where the number comes from. I wanted to contact their support but there wasn't a way I found to contact them. General fail for a first time user.
DON'T DO IT!! Leave NOW and do NOT be enticed!!!
Long story short - i have tried to enter this app for years, by chat (NO GO), by trying to find out what the mysterious service center # is, even contacted a person that works at the company, pretty high up in the pecking order; well he no longer works there, and all of his promises hit a dead end....found him on LINKEDIN...trust me -- I tried everything because this app PRESENTS AS PROMISING BUT IS VERY, very BOGUS...keep out!!! NOOOO NOOOO!!!
