App is much improved but still has some issues to resolve. For instance, I am no longer directed automatically to the American coffees, but the app seems to "remember" that I need coffees from the original line. Therefore, it is much easier to find what one is looking for rendering it simpler to place an order. It is clearer, now, as well, where to navigate to get recycle bags. Lastly, the overall newly enhanced performance of the app has significantly decreased the number of phone calls I have had to make to Nespresso customer service to get various issues resolved. However, the current bugs to resolve include making it more obvious as to how to get free shipping. I always forget the minimum amount to spend in order to receive free shipping, and it is annoying experimenting with how many different units I need to buy in order to receive free shipping. Further, I would submit that many customers do not even know that there is a way to get free shipping. For people with multiple shipping addresses, this could be made easier as well. The system as it is only accommodates shipping to one address. It is a big deal to switch back over to a previous address. Customer service at Nespresso is excellent. In my experience, the customer service has always been outstanding. Anything that the app cannot provide is quite easily remedied by calling customer service.
The perfect machine-VertuoLine
I've always used a French Press for my coffee. I drink it black, no fru-fru. Used espresso beans and it came out great each time without any bitter taste.
Of course, like anyone using ground coffee the grounds can be a might messy.
But this was just for me, so it's not much, right?
Now enter guests needs. They want lattes, cappuccinos, and even caramel macchiatos.
Seriously? Yes, things have run amok in coffee land. However, there is a light in that dark tunnel.
Hence, the Nespresso VertuoLine with frother (with the purchase of some syrups as well).
I no longer have to do anything. They can make it themselves. It's so incredibly easy and NO CLEANUP!!!
Let me restate that. There shouldn't be any clean up.
They have an extensive array of coffees and espresso's to choose from. You will find the one you love most. They have decaf coffee and espresso, as well as half-decaf.
Just press a button on the machine and frother. How easy can you get?!
No negatives! You will have to refill water tank and empty the bin of coffee capsules. Ugh, such a strain. LOVE IT!!!
Oh, and you will love working with Nespresso directly and online. They are fantastic!
App does exactly what it should. I usually prefer ordering via the website on my laptop, but there's really no reason to. When I need to place an order this app is so convenient, quick & easy to navigate & use. I can easily see my order history too, which helps me decide what to order next. And somehow I feel like when I use the app, my order arrives more quickly than the website. If that's even possible. I have been buying Nespresso for 3 years and NEVER have had a late shipment. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because for some reason I wasn't able to add the recycling bag to my order. But I can always call later and ask to have that added to my order.
