Honestly fantastic

I love working out, but it's not easy for me to go to the gym with no direction, and I'm also not a fan of relying solely on workout classes. When I found this app, I had no idea what a gem I was uncovering. Wow! My favorite way to use this app is by creating a four week program and sticking to it. I feel like I am actually working hard each time, but I also feel like the programs are manageable and doable in a regular 40-50 hour work week. Plus the little check boxes help my motivation...but in between the four week programs, when I'm traveling and just need a quick 15-45 minute workout, these are perfect as well. Compare to something like Kayla Itsines and you'll realize the NTC workouts really are keeping with current workout trends and they keep the workouts dynamic. I am worried that once I have done all 9 variations of the 4 week programs, that I may be a little less thrilled. But not right now, right now this is why I go to the gym and feel so confident in myself.

Great workouts! Okay app!

I love the workouts that Nike Training Club has provided! They are very intense and powerful, but kept to a very reasonable amount of time. I'm a cyclist and my time spent off the bike is very precious to me, I don't want to spend hours at the gym supplementing my rides, so these are perfect. My only issue with the app is that I can't modify the days it's scheduled for me to workout. My weeks aren't always the same, and sometimes I can't workout on a specific day and I need to do that days workout on a different day, but there is no way to make that change. I can do the workout, but it won't count towards my challenge total, and it won't have the workout dialogue. And if I miss that workout, planning to do it the next day, it counts against my challenge. This MUST be changed. I love that it schedules out four days of workouts, but PLEASE, make it possible to adjust those days if necessary, maybe count the workouts as incomplete at the end of the week rather than the day.

HUGE FAN! Best workout app!

I usually do not rate apps or write reviews but I found that Nike Training club was worth my time to share my feedback on the app. This is app is challenging but encouraging at the same time. You have the ability to go at your own pace with the workouts and you have an abundance of workouts to choose from all for FREE! I find it really hard to find new workouts and this app has encouraged me to keep moving and I love that I can do my workouts from home! I usually sync my phone to my Apple TV and work out in the living room but even when I'm out f town I do them from my phone. I recommend this app to all of my friends who are wanting to get into shape it's a great way to ease back into routines. Although they can be challenging that is what a workout is intended to do! As a former athlete I find this app to be up to par and find it extremely helpful to my healthy lifestyle!
