Como el libro pero en app

Es como el mismo libro pero en app. Así que todos los sets y temporizadores están automatizados. Así es más cómodo.

Tiene un calendario que puedes ver tu historial de entrenamiento.

Y, puedes hacer entrenamientos fuera del plan de diez semanas.

Llevo usándola casi un año y con el método de esta aplicación por fin he perdido peso y estoy poniéndome fuerte. Y lo mejor es que con un solo pago, y no como otras aplicaciones en las que tienes que pagar por membresia.
