► All SurfEasy Ultra VPN features and unlimited bandwidth are included in the trial

► The free trial period lasts for 7 days.

► Once the trial period has finished, the length of the subscription will be 1 month.

►Payment will be charged to your iTunes account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription will automatically renew at $1.99/a month unless the subscription is canceled through App Store Account Settings at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal through your Account Settings after purchase.

Not working

Sometime it won't work. Customer service won't answer.

Pague por un servicio que no me entregan, y nadie responde para solucionar el problema.

Pagué 35 dólares por el servicio ilimitado, y pese a ello, no puedo usar el VPN, porque me sigue apareciendo que no me queda más GB disponibles. Traté de comunicarme con el soporte técnico porque pagué por un servicio que no me están prestando, y no hay un teléfono o chat para resolver el problema de forma rápida, por lo que envié un formulario de contacto y nadie responde. No recomiendo usar este VPN, y menos aún, pagar por el servicio ilimitado, porque no solo no se actualiza el tipo de servicio contratado, sino que también no hay nadie que solucione tus problemas, incluso si no puedes usar el servicio por el cual has pagado.
