Reliable for the most part...
The connection during meetings is reliable for the most part...
Better alternative for Zoom.
However, I miss music mode... audio compression is a bit aggressive l wish if can allow less compressed audio quality, like zoom does.
Using internet for voice is from 90s
The Arkadin app that does voice separately from webex makes no sense for end user usability. I understand that Americans still use voice over PSTN but the moment you go international everything is over internet.
Also the woman saying ‘your line is muted/unmuted’ slows a meeting down. I’m happy with the app just indicating if I’m muted. The amount of background noise with 10+ people meetings makes active muting vital for meetings. Again this is probably some assumption that people use PSTN and there is no app.
Please come to this millennium.
Does what it says on the tin
It’s an ok app/service, but I’m trying to migrate my team over to MS Teams, that has everything integrated: calendar, voice, video. I really see no need for Webex.
