Cheaters
In case you have to cancel the trip for example due to cancelled flight they won’t refund your money. I would not recommend.

Hello. You may select a refundable option for your booking in order to provide refunds in case of cancellation or modifications of your trip before the pickup time. Please choose "full refund to your payment method/flexible terms" in this case.
Don’t trust them
I ordered a taxi many days before my trip. The driver never arrived. Nobody answered the calls I made. It took over one hour to get service via Telegram. The service was good after I got the contact. I never get any compensation for that my driver never came. I had to wait two weeks to get my money back. When I got my money back, it was returned at a worse rate. So I couldn’t get a taxi through this app, I lost money and a lot of time. This was not compensated for me in any way.
