The 1 year subscription to the ‘Calendar Store’ Add-on starts at $1.99 (Prices may vary by location) and begins with a one-month free trial, so you can try before you buy. Payment will be charged to your iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase after the 1 month free trial. Subscriptions to the Add-on automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period. Cancellation of the current active subscription period is not allowed. Calendar loses all past events written to the calendar

I have using this app for years already. Only negative thing about the app is that it loses all the past events written to the calendar. For example if I scroll back to September in my calendar, I cannot see what I have been doing then...

This is a general iPhone setting that you need to adjust to stop old events from being removed form your device.
If you go to the main systems Settings app on your iPhone.
Select "Calendars" section.
Then you need to set "Sync" to "All Events".
Your old historical events will now not be automatically removed from the iPhone.
The iPhone iOS software automatically removes events from your device, but they will still be present in your account.
Sometimes after the Apple iOS has been updated this setting is automatically adjusted if there is limited memory available on the device and you have to go and set it again to your preference.
