About Flavio Cesar

Flavio Raymundo Martínez González was born in July 26, 1972, in Monterrey, Mexico. Flavio Cesar used to sing in festivals and contests at a young age. His decision to become a singer came when Flavio was a regular administration student in Monterrey and realized that his real passion was music. He moved to Mexico City to get started. Clase '69 was his first band, breaking up when Flavio decided to start a solo career. Carlos Lara and Tino Geiser were the producers of his first record released in 1993. As many other popular Latin singers, Flavio Cesar started acting in Latin soap operas such as Agujetas de Color de Rosa and Confidente de Secundaria. In 1995, Mediterraneo was released, followed by 1996's Que Sera de Mi. By the end of 1998, Flavio Cesar moved to Birminghan, England, where his third album was recorded. No Tengas Miedo a Enamorarte was released in early 1999. ~ Drago Bonacich
