Alicia Keys, The Diary of Alicia Keys Sade, The Best of Sade (Remaster) Selena, Selena These are three artists I grew up listening to and aspired to be like. Tell us why you chose this song. “Ay Cabo Verde” I love this song because of my love for my country’s traditional music. Having the participation of well known musicians in the Cape Verdean music scene made it even better! What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? Having my father see me perform for the first time alongside a well known artist has to be one of the highlights of my musical career. Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? To put out an amazing album and go on a worldwide tour.
