- Relentless savagery encapsulated in glorious punk rock noise.
About Pissed Jeans
Matt Korvette (vocals) and Bradley Fry (guitars) both led a dual life in Allentown, Pennsylvania. By day, the 20-somethings worked white-collar jobs, but in the evenings, they indulged their wild punk-rock personas in the form of Pissed Jeans, most regularly at the storied area venue Jeff the Pigeon. Childhood friend Dave Rosenstraus (bass) and former Navies stickman Sean McGuiness rounded out the foursome. After a couple of independent releases and 7-inches, their noisy, post-punk racket and notoriously wild stage antics caught the attention of iconic alternative label Sup Pop, which distributed a single by the group in 2006, followed by 2007’s full-length, HOPE FOR MEN.
