When they got in through the door, Raisin was wagging and dragging herself about on her belly immediately, and Lelly sat on the floor and let herself be bundled by the dog. Magnus grinned and joined her."Is she after a walk?""Probably. But we can leave her. She'll settle down.""Let's not do that. It's a nice night, out."Her quiet voice was somehow winding him up to a fever pitch of excitement. "You sure? I can take her while you relax here. We wouldn't be long.""Well, alright then."He stood up, grabbing the lead from a hook by the door. "Help yourself to anything.""Will there be hot water? I might have a quick bath."Lelly watched as Magnus' eyes darkened and his breath caught. He nodded, his jaw tight. "Yes. Fine."He turned, woodenly, and bolted out of the door. She grinned to herself, a plan occurring to her. When Magnus came in, half an hour later, he could immediately smell the soft steamy aroma of a bath. But the lights were off and she wasn't in the bathroom. Settling Raisin in the kitchen, he shut the door on her and went in search of Lelly. She was lying on her stomach on his big bed, her skin seductively dark against his white sheets, stark naked, flicking through a colour supplement magazine from the Sunday paper that he'd read in bed that morning. The only light was the soft glow from his reading lamp. It illuminated her curves and made intriguing shadows in the dimples above her bottom and the dip of her waist. He stood, completely riveted to the spot, imagining how it would be if she was naked in his bed every night. Jesus, he had it bad for her. He walked straight through to the ensuite, and brushed his teeth, noticing she'd found a new toothbrush and used it. He smiled when he put his brush alongside hers in the cup by the sink. Oddly satisfying. He stripped down to his boxers, and headed back out to the bedroom, to find her looking at him, having discarded the magazine. She'd turned onto her side and was propped up on her elbow, so that her generous breasts and dark, soft nipples were bathed in that soft, intimate light. He ran his eyes down her body because he simply couldn't help himself. Her stomach was a taught sling from her ribcage to her hip bones, and then there were the fascinating curves between her thighs, accented by a small shadow of hair. He knew that his excitement was showing by now, but he didn't care. He'd been waiting for her for what felt like forever and he was determined to look his fill."If I'd planned this I'd have brought something tonight to wear. To make it special.""Angel, you are wearing my favourite outfit."She grinned. "You staying over there?""Depends if there's anything else for me to see."She heard the challenge in his voice, and it made her feel bold. He was asking for a bit of a show. She wasn't sure if she dared, but what the hell, he had waited for her with complete patience, and she wanted to make it hot for him. She scooted up the bed a little, so that she was reclining on the pillows. Then she spread her legs.
