Runners listen!

Great tips for everybody who runs! Definitly worth every episode!

Good, if you want to listen endless pro high-fat low-carb diet propaganda. Otherwise content is very light. Best part are occasional stories of people. They are good and inspiring. Worst part is the propaganda I already mentioned (It was part of every episode I listened, but I have to confess I didn't listen all, because I don't have too much time to waste to poor content). Amazingly Angie sometimes says there is no one diet which is best for everyone. That's good, unfortunately it is usually followed by blind praise of low-carb high-fat diet, with implicit message everyone should be on that diet. Also, using people marketing their new books as experts is questionable (e.g. Nokes, who was a bad joke: when asked about evidence behind mentioned diet, he said, "at first anecdotal evidence", but he never spoke about real evidence. And podcasters played along like happy puppy, because their favourite diet was promoted.

A little bit of critical thinking and quality of this podcast would rise to new heights. Thank you and goodbye.
