Pratique et simple mais …
J’ai utilise cette application depuis plusieurs années et je la trouve très pratique par contre il y’a 2 grand points négatifs le prix affiché au moment de paiement augmente de 100€ suivi d’un petit message comme quoi le prix est augmenté !!!
En retournant en arrière pour voir les détails des tarifs je ne trouve aucune augmentation ou changement les prix non pas augmentés !!! Je continue ma réservation rebelote une augmentation de 100 € sans aucune raison !!! Et bien sûr pas de numéro de téléphone pour les contacter ( c’est pour cela j’ai pas donné 5 étoile .)
Peut mieux faire
Cette appli est très rapide et facile d'utilisation sauf pour le paiement qui manque de clarté et le pavé 3D sécur qui ne s'affiche pas en entier. Autre défaut : on ne peut pas se déconnecter et commander avec un autre compte. Un petit dernier : impossible de contacter qui que ce soit pour toute information ou modification ! Mieux vaut allez directement sur les sites des compagnies.
Trés bien meme si elle n'est pas parfaite
Idem gogo. Impossible de changer de compte sauf en quittant l'appli. Paiememt 3d secure a refaire deux fois pour voir apparaitre la fenetre.
