COMPATIBILITE DES CAMERAS
Je me permet de vous écrire ce jour car comme expliqué j'ai un souci avec des caméras HEDEN.
En effet j'ai acquis une vingtaine de caméras HEDEN non cloud il y a 3 ans en version 2.2 et je viens d’acquérir maintenant une quarantaine de caméras HEDEN Cloud en version 2.4.
Je possède un iphone 4 pour lequel j'ai acheté l'application Eye See U
Mon problème vient du fait que tout se passe parfaitement avec mes anciennes caméras HEDEN non cloud en version 2.2 mais que je n'arrive pas du tout à voir mes nouvelles caméras HEDEN cloud en version 2.4 avec Eye see U.
Pouvez vous me dire si des manipulations, réglages ou mise à jour me permettrait de voir mes 60 caméras sur un seul logiciel HEDEN Eye see U
Très bonne application
J'utilise cette application depuis plusieurs années et avec plusieurs types de caméras et tout fonctionne très bien.
Je viens d'acquérir une caméra que je n'arrivais pas à visualiser sur l'application et 48 heures après l'avoir signalé aux administrateurs du site, une solution m'a été proposée.
