MyBibSales is the Michelin solution based on Microsoft Dynamics CRM made for Michelin Distributors.

It is composed of 2 piece of software:
- The Web client for Office users
- The iPad client for mobile / semi-mobile users that is fully disconnected with automatic synchronisation.

With MyBibSales different users population can enhance their productivity by getting access to the following functionalities:
* Field Sales:
- Consult and update all your Accounts and Contacts on the field
- Take direct orders (even without network access) with automatic discount calculations and PDF order generation. The order can be shared via email or Line.
- Always have the latest product inventory with you
- Plan an organise you work day with advanced mapping and routing features
- Report efficiently your call visits
- Manage your agenda with drag and drop (with integration with the iPad Calendar)
- Access all Michelin and company brochures to present or share to the Reseller
* Office / manager:
- Access and analyse all the field users activities
- Plan sales action plan
- Define and track Call visit objectives and Sales target
- get a clear view of your market.
