Un allié pour le quotidien avec la polar Unite
Je ne suis pas une grande sportive. Mais depuis que j’ai cette montre (18 mois) et l’app je m’active beaucoup plus. Je suis plus vigilante sur la qualité de mon sommeil (je travaille en horaires décalés) et bien que j’ai eu un souci avec la montre que j’avais achetée initialement (remplacée rapidement par polar) je suis très satisfaite du tandem Unite/Polar flow. L’app est suffisamment complète pour moi. Les infos essentielles y sont et me paraissent relativement correctes (distance et énergie dépensée)
Seul bémol, la mention « énergie dépensée » où l’on voyait la ratio Glucides / lipides dépensés (%) a disparu de l’app (elle est sur webFlow et sur la montre).
FC sous exploité - App Santé VS Polar Data
De très bons produits sportif. Mais l’application pourrait tellement faire mieux. 🏆 Évolution : - lecture d’information provenant d’autre app - partager la fréquence cardiaque en continu avec l’app Santé (via la synchronisation / sur demande) - un zoom sur les différents graphiques quotidien pour une précision accrue - modification de l’objectif quotidien (calories, ou effort fourni…) Une application compagnon d’un produit, mais des réglages produits trop cachés dans les sous menu de l’application… pourquoi ? J’aimerai plus de place et un accès direct aux paramètre de ma montre. 😁 Bonus : - mise en place de trophées par exemple - rappel hebdomadaire ou mensuel pour l’indication du poids (ou simplement le piocher dans l’app Santé qui elle même le pioche dans une app tiers…) - Widget pour un suivi et un paramétrage plus rapide - notification d’échange après l’entraînement pour un suivi de la récupération…)
Excellent produit
J’ai choisi une montre connectée Polar afin de pouvoir avoir accès aux activités LESMILLS que je pratique quotidiennement en plus des autres activités physiques. Tout est bien détaillé, aussi bien le suivi sportif que le suivi qualité de sommeil. Je découvre petit à petit les différentes fonctions. Je trouve dommage que la montre se décharge rapidement mais le chargement est assez rapide.
Par ailleurs, j’ai été obligée de racheter une autre montre Polar Unite car l’ancienne (moins de 3 ans) a eu un problème de fonction de l’écran tactile qui ne fonctionnait plus (impossibilité de changer l’écran, d’activer mes activités, etc…). Est-ce normal pour une montre relativement récente?
