PAYMENT AND SUBSCRIPTIONS DETAILS:
• Payment will be charged to iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase.
• Activate the monthly auto-renewing subscription of a Ring4 number to unlock the Unlimited Calls and Texts plan
• Subscriptions include auto-renewing line(s) with unlimited calls, and texts
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period
• Account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period, and identify the cost of the renewal
• Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user's Account Settings after purchase. No cancellation of the current subscription is allowed during active subscription period.

Tout le monde n’a pas Apple Pay

Bonjour. J’avais souscrit un numéro chez vous. Et je constate que des personnes peuvent les souscrire pour faire des escroqueries par exemple.
Vous devriez prendres les identités des souscripteurs à l’avance selon moi pour être plus prudent. Ou faire à ce que le souscripteur pour avoir votre numéro valide avec son numéro opérateur de son pays pour laisser des traces.

Bonjour Brubill, Ring4 n'utilise pas Apple pay mais votre compte Apple iTunes pour les payments. Si vous avez pu telecharger l app, c est que vous avez un deja un compte, vous pouvez l'utiliser pour les paiements.

Numéro français absent

Je trouve cela dommage il y a pas de numéro français disponible

Service client réactif

L’application fonctionne très bien et fait ce qu’on lui demande. Avoir un deuxième numéro sur iPhone est vraiment un plus d’un point de vue professionnel.

J’ai eu un soucis de facturation à cause d’un doublon, le service client m’a répondu et résolu le problème rapidement et ce à 20h, je suis très satisfait de ma prise en charge.
