Description

Telephone allows you to make phone calls over the Internet or your company network. If your phone line supports SIP protocol, you can use it on your Mac instead of a physical phone anywhere you have a decent network connection.

Telephone Pro

Telephone Pro is a subscription that unlocks the full call history, allows 30 simultaneous calls, and supports ongoing app development. The subscription has a monthly and a yearly option. The prices are displayed in Telephone’s storefront at the time of purchase. Payment will be charged to your iTunes account and auto-renews unless disabled in your iTunes account settings at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. The subscription can be managed in your iTunes account settings.

A good application for work-from-home

My company has nine persons working mostly from home and the Mac users (2 of 9) use TelephonePro connected to our asterisk phone system to answer and pass calls. It works quite well and we haven't experienced any bugs.

One thing which the application needs is "BLF" management (or "presence lights") which show which of the asterisk extensions are currently busy. If that were added, TelephonePro would be perfect for remote working.

Il y a juste un tout petit bémol :
Malheureusement le choix de langue est vraiment limité pour une si bonne application !
Quel dommage...
(Bon pour moi ce n'est pas un problème car je maîtrise assez bien l'anglais.)
