Sonically Wonderful

This Album is great value seem to have the best of Plays Bach 1&2 on the same product. The new mix gives a greater feeling of space, for example, the the piano, on my old vinyl sounds dull and lifeless by comparison. The new version of Toccata and Fugue makes it possible at last to hear the bottom strings on the piano, which is essential to convey Bach's writing in the bass clef, this new download renders my old version to the loft. I note there there are two versions of Air On The G String, a short version, which would have been the Hamlet Cigar Advertisement and the full version, both of which sound beautiful. In my opinion, this is one of the greatest cross over Jazz/Classical recordings of all time.
