what great memories

I bought this album when it was released and no-one had heard of them (pre horse with no name release as a single). To me it still sounds as good now as it did then, perhaps a little dated but quality throughout. Brilliant album especially whe you consider they were teenagers when it was recorded

Fantastic

This is a brilliant album from America, it brings me back when I was a teenager and growing up in the 70s, still sounds great every time I play the cd

Still a class album

This album is as fresh now as it was all those years ago when I first heard it. While America may not have the lyrical dexterity of CSN&Y or the wider writing contributors of early Eagles (who does?), they are no mugs and certainly don’t lack any musical finesse. Great arrangements with sweet harmonies. Brilliant album, that deserves to sit alongside anything from that magical era. Shame about Fred, though….
