Fantastic Folk

Yet again a brilliant album! Michael plays so well and the tracks vary with many fab folk tunes that just make you want to get up and dance (or foot tap for others).

About time!

Glad to see a new album. Not even listened to it yet but I know it's going to be good.

Immersion Therapy!

Well, I should have kept up! Got so used to rocking back and listening through two previous albums 'Wired' and 'Fused' that this one nearly passed me by! So glad it didn't it's a set of tracks you can really dive into. Aurora takes Michael and his collaborators through some great moods, some quick and lively with a rockin blues backbeat like 'Mackerel and Tatties', others deep and reflective, some with a heart of pure table bangin' trad, 'Mickey's Reels' and 'The Jolly Angler'. There's a nice lick of vocals in there too on 'Waterborne'. Get's my vote, start to finish!
