Album Review

Irvine and Paul Brady (former Planxty members) team up for one of the greatest albums ever of traditional Irish songs. Their unique sound will stay with you long after the music has stopped. ~ Steve Winick & Chip Renner, Rovi

Andy Irvine and Paul Brady

Stupendous. The singing and guitar are very moving. Even though it's from the 70s this has not dated and is among my favourite albums of trad music,

Always Fresh

I think they tapped into the core psyche of the folk trad mind with this. I always enjoy another listen. Like a Mona Lisa smile it keeps me thinking and coming back. An absolute classic!

Genuine masterpiece

Authentic musical & lyrical masterpiece - absolute must have album.
