Recorded in Germany, this selection of kritis introduced him to an even wider European and North American audience at a time when his domestic cassette releases had a very patchy distribution outside of his Southern homeland. Accompanists comprise A. Kanyakumari on violin, Srimushnam Raja Rao on mridangam and Zakir Hussain on tabla.
