Hate this song so much
Sexist and Insulting
It's so twisted to think that this has gotten as high as it has in the charts despite the horrendous objectification of women (I'm male) and misogynistic lyrics. You should be ashamed if you bought this and I'm sure Marvin Gaye is rolling in his grave. Don't even get me started on the video!
I appreciate that some are getting their knickers in a twist about this, but it is simply a catchy song with a cheeky video. Firstly, the video is intended to be goofy and a bit of fun, not insulting and offensive to women. The woman look like they're having a laugh, not like they're being forced into it.
Stop taking life so seriously people! Isn't there enough nastiness in the world?! Also the line 'I know you want it' is directed at one woman (the one the song is about), it's about a girl whose in a relationship but clearly has a thing for another man. The song is not implying that all woman are 'up for it' sheesh! Breathe & relax UK!
