Totally different from the last album, but still lovely. This is a charming collection of songs, more about human frailties than his recent releases which were on wider topics. The more I listen, the more I like!

Any Josh Ritter release is going to be intriguing. He zips around his musical influences, leaving fans uncertain of what genre or soundscape is going to be explored next. EP's between albums from other artists are often leftovers or throwaways that just rip fans off or lower the average...but this! Do yourself a favour. Download 'Why' and marvel at one of the most simple and beautiful songs you have ever heard. Download the rest for a selelction of songs at their purest and then, if you haven't already, go back and buy every album he has ever made. You won't be disappointed.
