The most original album I've heard yet!

I just happened to stumble across this fine album by random chance and my god! This is the sickest freshest sexiest album I have heard ever! This is an album u should spend your hard earned pennies on. You'd be a fool to not enjoy it

I love edit i went to see them in japan oh my god its worth it!!! =)

Was it worth the wait?

If you like upbeat glitch, of course it was you crazed fool. This album is probably a year late, but on the whole it delivers what was promised - a move away from the downbeat melancholy of 'Crying over pros for no reason' towards upbeat dance, whilst retaining his unmistakable 'layers-deep' glitch craftmanship. It's a sorry state of affairs when I'm the first person to review this album on Itunes a full month after it's release. Ed Ma has long been a glitch protangonist on the LA underground with a network stretching far and wide, that aside his current focus has been on producing bombs that will fill the clubs of the future...with the likes of Ooah, Boreta, Kraddy, Kitty D with the mighty 'Glitch Mob' who in turn have been crafting their own glitch niches, go explore! 'Battling Go-GO Yubari in Downtown L.A.' sets your feet of fire. 'Artsy remix' is a scathing/mocking critique of The Grouch over a handclap laden beat. The title track is oddly disappointing, but from there on in Abstract Rude delivers again on a track recently featured on CSI and 'Straight Heat' is what this album is all about reggae influenced keys, synths, violins and of course the edIT trademarks. I can't end without mentioning 'Crunk de Gaulle''re actually listening to the future. Finally I'm left wondering where the finally 'rap' track on the Malfunktion mix - droid behaviour, has gone. People who have heard this mix will understand, the rapper is simply immense I think it may be an artist by the name of Epcot?? All in all this album is a MUST buy.

Genre: Electronic

Years Active: '00s, '10s

Before he was edIT, indie hip-hop artist Edward Ma began his career in the late '90s as the Con Artist. During his stint as the resident DJ at Konkrete Jungle Los Angeles, Ma worked with Hive, Daddy Kev, James Tai, Busdriver, P.E.A.C.E., and Mikah 9; he also hosted a regular program on Dublab Radio. When not performing, Ma acted as producer and engineer for other musicians such as Sole, the aforementioned Busdriver, Aloe Blacc, Emanon, and Dr. OOP under the Con Artist moniker. The name was retired...
