Nina's offshoot band deliver another quality album.

I love the arrangements on this album. Nina's voice is in fine form here too. It's a more pop-flavoured offering than their debut with such gems as (the Rufus Wainwright sounding) The Crowning; Stronger Than Jesus with it's lovely 'You know love can do you like a shotgun'; Love Has Left The Room, my favourite with it's rousing chorus of 'I will let go, if you just let me. I will forget you, if you will forget me. I will slip your mind....' . Other worthy mentions are: Here Are Many Wild Animals, Chinatown, My America and I Signed The Line. Infact, it's worth downloading the whole album as there isn't a dud track on it.

anther nina great album

It is somewhat more mellower than the first one but you can feel how more comfortable she is in this album. great work

Long time coming!

I fell in love with the debut album all those years ago, and the A Camp follow up is gorgeous. Much mellower and less dark than the debut got in places, but still heartbreaking, touching and beautiful in all the right places. I love the tones that Nina's voice has taken here. Wonderful.
