No Weakness's

It's great to discover something special that no one else seems to have cottoned on to and this singer is a real find. I'd heard the Joan Armatrading cover and thought it was a good version.. but with 'Don't mistake me' being played everywhere I started to sit up and listen. The more I heard it the more i wanted to hear it again..I downloaded 'Why' off the single and loved it and now we have the album.. A lack luster cover of 'Baby Come to me' aside, this is a quality album by a quality singer.. However it's a quality that could be her undoing.. It's the kind of album an artist puts out after a few really comercial ventures.. Her spark needs to catch fire..so,.. buy this album and lets here a lot more of Keisha White, her soulful groove and her beautiful voice .

good, but not great

I have been waiting for this album to come out but have heard many of these songs before on the last album but otherwise it is still worth downloading. She has a unique and excellent voice.

Impressive stuff

Keisha has a fantastic voice and some pretty good material.Overall, I feel the album is an impressive showcase of her talents with only a few weak tracks. "Don't mistake me" is a great track, followed by "The weakness in me" (a tribute is that it is almost as good as Joan Armatrading's original), "I choose life" and "Love is the deepest hurt". I feel that her future success will depend upon either writing similar good songs or finding a song-writer who can match or bring out her undoubtable singing talents. Go for it girl, use that great voice and keep banging out the hits!
