Album Review

Released in 2010, Pignoise's sixth full-length album, Año Zero, was the band's debut on Sony. The video for the album's first single, "Todo Me da Igual," was the first of ten videos for the album which, when played end to end, tells an abstract story of a young boy's shenanigans and the chagrin of his parents. [The Deluxe Edition of Año Zero features two bonus tracks. Additionally, inserted randomly into the Deluxe Edition were 50 golden tickets that allowed the lucky recipients admission into any show on Pignoise's supporting tour.]

Spanish punk band Pignoise -- comprised of Alvaro (vocals and guitar), Polo (drums), and Pablo (bass) -- may never have existed were it not for an unfortunate soccer injury.
