I didn't get the full album, just a couple of songs (Happy Birthday and The Beast of Pirate's Bay). Both of them are amazing (get Happy Birthday My Olde Friend in the charts, people!!!), and yeah I agree it was a good gig on AQW xD Seriously, Voltaire ftw. If I had the money I'd buy the rest of his songs lol.

I think 'rousing' wopuld be an appropriate term. Conceptually sound, relentlessly clever and it sounds beautiful. And, beiong a Voltaire album, it has jokes! What more could you ask for? Dresdan Dolls parodies? PFFT... IT HAS THAT TOO!!


I hope your music stays like this for ever man the mix of slight gothic vocials and mixed with orchestral insturments is worth every penny Just amazing

He also produced a number of comic book projects, among them Chi-Chian and Oh My Goth. Voltaire's debut LP, The Devil's Bris, appeared on the Projekt label in mid-1998. It mixed lush vocals over the chaos of violins and cellos....
