Awesome Squared

Well to be honest I didn't really know what to expect with this album, but trust me it can not fail to impress you. After hearing 'Woman' on Zane Lowes show I was hooked... kind of a mix between The Doors, Guns n Roses, The White Stripes and every 70s rock band. Listen and fall in love with the WOLFMOTHER!

My New Favourite Band

Fantastic!!!!. Saw Wolfmother At T in the park '06, then again twice supporting Pearl Jam in holland and belgium, but enough name dropping, with only studio work available this live track was a breath of fresh air and the memorys came flooding back. well worth a listen these guys know how its done!

Truly a band out of time, the Australian power trio Wolfmother were conceived in 2000 — about 30 years too late, considering that the musicians' psychedelic brand of proto-heavy metal sounded similar to the late-'60s/early-'70s craft of Blue Cheer and Black Sabbath. Comprised of vocalist/guitarist Andrew Stockdale, bassist/organist Chris Ross, and drummer Myles Heskett, Wolfmother took the initiative of recording a four-track demo in 2004 for the purpose of booking shows.
