I've loved the music of Philip Glass for around 20 years now. Something to get completely lost in...
Ending with the Einstein on the Beach favourites, this is a classic for everyone.

Never tire of listening to

I can relax to these pieces or - believe it or not - I've used the entire 31 tracks for working out in the gym. The repetitive nature but variety of Glass's minimalism suits pedaling a stationary bike for half an hour and provides as much motivation for maintaining a high energy output as anything played over the gym's loudspeakers!
