Exactly what we wanted. Technical, intense, powerful. So impressed.

The new album is bone crushingly brutal as expected with cannibal corpse. Pat O'brien and Rob Barretts guitar riffs stick to the usual cannibal corpse ideal of chugging and tremolo picking low notes and a occasional sweep picking solo. Paul's drumming is as fast as ever expect the usual blast beats. Alex websters bass playing is on form but it sounds like he has been cut from the mix on most of the songs, or because the guitars are tuned that low its hard to distinguish his playing and corpsegrinder's vocals are as brutal as ever just listen to the scream at the end of beheaded and burning. My faveorite three tracks from the new album are To Decompose, Carnivirous Swarm and Unatural. In summary this is great album unless you were expecting something abit more experimental, personaly in my opinion it dosn't top the last album kill, but still worth a buy.

awesome album

this album gives a slower approach to the bands brutal music, i like the new album because its just as heavy as their other albums, just slowed down, to the person who gave 1 star.. BFMV are terrible
