Luuurving this!!

You can really hear the 'Richard Ashcroft' vibe in this album, if you love Richard's solo stuff, you're bound to love this! And if it wasn't for itunes, I would never have discovered it!

what an album

An awesome album, not a single track i dnt like, its a nice change to the lovesick, and depressing rock/alternative that is normally out there. Its a must have !

Sporting a vintage mix of dusky alt-rock, Verve-inspired vocals, and West Coast psychedelia, the Shore emerged from L.A.'s Silverlake district in 2002. Singer/guitarist Ben Ashley had first presented a batch of songs to producer friend Rick Parker, who encouraged Ashley to record demos of the material with local musicians Kyle Mularky (guitar), Cliff Magreta (bass), and John Wilmer (drums).
