'Random Access Memories' - A Magnificent Journey Back In Time

This may not be the Daft Punk you were expecting, but think about what you weren't expecting, as this is exactly that.

There is no doubt that some will be disappointed and end up giving the album unconstructed criticism without even understanding what the album really is about. If they can accept that this is not the 'Discovery', 'Homework' album they were looking for, they should realise that this the boldest, smartest, most pleasurable dance album of this decade.

This album shows that Daft Punk are not DJ, producers, like Avicii, Tiesto, SHM, Skrillex and co. but true musicians with the creativity and ability to establish the past within the present to deliver a genuinely staggering album oozing with class that DJ, producers couldn't touch with a bargepole.

FINALLY!

At first, I really was upset and dissapointed. It didnt sound like the Daft Punk I had listened to for the 15 years of my life! On my second listen, I can hear it. It's new, different and amazing!

its.... ok

Not feeling this album like their previous ones, im used to daft punk getting me going, with their quirky beats and guitar solos. This just seemed very laidback and slow funk style. There was maybe one or two songs that i didnt mind, but not enough to make me buy.
