Fluorescent Hearts - Guide You Home (NewSingle)

At first glance these young rockers are chips off the American suburban garage band block of the late 90's, with the band fleeting a style, which reflects that of the Thirty Seconds to Mars meets the Editors. They are however home grown, young scottish talent, who deliver a mean mix of indie pop/ rock for the masses. The music though speaks volumes about their style, and soon after this track has started, you begin to understand what they are all about. Smooth cut frontman, Chris Ashton's tone, provides the band with an orchestrated edge, blending with the raw guitar riffs of talented guitarist Martyn Gribben. With pumping bass loops from Andy Stuart on Bass, and the unmistakable noise of Gary Gilmour on drums, these boys have a sound most other bands crave.
All in all these boys are destined for the international stage, and "Guide you Home" is a worthy contender for best new song of 2013, The more you listen to this song, the better it gets, a catchy tune, but with guts and glory thrown in, well done lads, this ones a winner.
