Balladear through and through

Not since discovering Antony and the Johnsons have I been this excited about someone, I had heard some of Scotts tracks on the Shortbus soundtrack . Some of them are here but they have been recorded the way they were meant to sound , soft /melodic and sheer torchsong. It is a very rare album that manages to be raw but soft at the same time, something you will agree doesnt come along very often. I would compare him to someone if I could but believe me there is no-one.

i love his voice - unaltered and haunting, and his songs are amazing. if you like this you might also enjoy the shortbus soundtrack, where he features heavily

Love to find compositions vocals like this

I first heard Scott's vocals in the film Shortbus and then on the soundtrack album for the same. It's not often I find a vocal that instills such great emotions and his does so in waves. His compositions are subtle and yet quirky enough to leave me slightly dizzy. I love the work I've found so far and can't wait to hear more.
