Just looked up this track after listning to The Prodigy album from 2004....which was just The Prodigy on his own! Great sample thats led me to a great album :)

I first heard mention of this band on Russell Brand's show; it was recommended by Morrisey and - oh boy what a recommendation. Some absolutely cracking tracks! Imagine the 4 love children of Johnny Cash and Sandy Denny, raised in a commune with the Yeh Yeh Yehs as an experiment, whose sole purpose is to produce a 1970s musical version of King Kong under the twin direction of Russell Brand and Morrisey and ... well I think I've summed it up perfectly. Enjoy.

Formed in 1967 by former Motions guitarist Robbie van Leeuwen, the Dutch quartet Shocking Blue originally had a lineup of VanLeeuwen on guitar, lead vocalist Fred DeWilde, bass player Klaasje Van der Wal, and drummer Cornelius Van der Beek, and the initial configuration of the band had a minor homeland hit with “Lucy Brown Is Back in Town” a year later in 1968.
