I Assassin

Much ignored album from Gary Numan's eighties era, wedged between Dance, and Warriors. Has some very powerful tracks, though his limited vocal range can sometimes let him down. Well known singles, however, and some good use of synth on This is my house, and A dream of Siam. My favorite after Telekon, and Replicas.

I, Assassin

Overlooked 1982 excursion from Numan has some great tracks, We Take Mystery, 1930s Rust, Music for Chameleons and White Boys & Heroes. Production a bit strange, but it's one of his best efforts. An absolute monument to the early '80s with nods to Duran Duran and the bass work is superb.

I play 'air bass guitar' when I listen to music for chameleons.
