Believe the Hype?!

A band that has had a lot of HYPE behind them, considering this is their first proper single to be released in the charts. To me the HYPE seems justifiable and I look forward to hearing the album. - Dont forget if u like this to d/load their other release on i-tunes - Fake tales of san-francisco, which is brilliant!!!!

Bigger Boys

This EP is worth getting for Bigger Boys and Stolen Sweethearts on its own. Its funny, well written, reminds me of growing up in Sheffield - girls at school always being pinched by the lads from down the pit (they had Capris we had no chance). Above all its got a sweet, simple melody and hook that just grabs you.

Going All The Way

Arctic Monkeys are going all the way. 12 months ago, after the release of "Fake Tales of San Francisco", no one would have dared dream of the success they would inevitably achieve. Yet now they are ready to take the music industry by the scruff of the neck, preparing to embark on a massive UK tour. You'll be hard pushed not to smile at Alex Turner's lyrics, recognising characteristics of British society he speaks about. Discover Arctic Monkeys now, then wait another 12 months when you can say you knew them before they were famous!

Several months later, Whatever People Say I Am, That's What I'm Not became the fastest-selling...
